By accessing or using Integrate API's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the integration templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Modify the code to suit your needs
- Use the CLI tool and Chrome extension
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share your license with others
- Create derivative products for sale based on our templates
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Share your license key publicly
4. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve them.
5. Updates and Support
Your purchase includes lifetime updates to existing integrations and access to new integrations as they are released. We provide email support for setup and implementation questions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Integrate API name, logo, and all related materials are our intellectual property. The code templates you receive are licensed for your use but remain our intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our templates will work with every project configuration or that third-party APIs will function as expected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrate API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
